The next exam is scheduled for Wednesday, May 16, 2012.

Applications for the exam are due in the JETCC office by Friday, March 30, 2012. They should be postmarked by Monday, March 26, 2012.

The Fall 2012 Exam is scheduled for Wednesday, November 14, 2012.

Applications for the Fall exam are due in the JETCC office by Friday, September 28, 2012. They must be postmarked by Monday, September 24, 2012.

In January, 2006, the Maine DEP transferred all of the administrative duties for Maine’s Wastewater Operator Certification program to JETCC. These duties include coordinating certificate renewal, record keeping, and applications for Maine’s Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator exams offered each May and November. Eligibility of training courses for continuing education credit must still be issued by Maine DEP at dick.darling@maine.gov. Proof of participation in training courses should be submitted directly to JETCC.
